The Beyonders Coaching Academy is an online coaching program for any leader or professional who wants to become a better coach. In each session two new tools will be explained and practised so they become micro skills that you can use. Next to learning these micro skills you will have the chance to bring your own questions that we will explore together. You will receive a digital workbook with detailed step-by-step guidance and worksheets that you can use immediately in your day job

Every leader faces similar challenges and benefits from discussing and sharing ideas with other leaders. By creating a circle of open dialogue, deep listening, reflection, and inquiry we help each other grow. We bring leaders together around a theme that is current and thought-provoking and challenges our beliefs and mental models. Participants develop their personal mastery and resilience as the themes push their leadership capabilities. Each session has a theme expert that shares the latest evidence or forward-thinking theories. This creates not only new insights but allows for collective inquiry and capability building.
