In this way we accelerate the positive impact of our customers and help create ROI and long term sustainable impact. Based on the project need, we establish a Catalyst Team of experts and become part of your project for an agreed time. After this Catalyst Journey customers are invited to join our Beyonders Collective Network with continuous access to support and learning.

MEET THE COLLECTIVE
Beyonders Collective is a group of change makers that all bring their unique life story, experience, passion, leadership and whole being to collaborate based on the needs of the project that we will support. In some projects we will all be involved, in others only limited members of the team, based on the requirements and funding possibilities of the project. In this way we avoid large overhead costs whilst bringng top level of service and impact. The collective is self steering and self organising but subscribe to the values and mission of Beyonders.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
DIRK VAN ONSEM
Founder
Beyonders was founded by Dirk Van Onsem. Born in Belgium, Dirk has 24 years of experience in business and leadership at Nike Inc. where he is VP Performance Partners EMEA. He held multiple international leadership roles for Nike in EMEA with small and large teams in multiple countries. He developed a passion for coaching and leadership through sport since he has a Masters in Physical Education and started coaching football teams since a young age. He is a certified E-co Leadership Coach, and certified Facilitator. He started Beyonders with the goal to give back some of his experience and learnings in leadership and to make a small difference in the world.
