About the Program

​The Stellar Transition Inquiry is a high-level workshop series delivered by the Beyonders Collective in partnership with Stellar World for global interdisciplinary leaders and ambassadors ready to navigate the bridge between the extraction-based economy of today and the regenerative civilization of tomorrow.

​This program operates as a strategic laboratory for research and exploration guided by the framework offered in the book Stellar co-authored by James Arbib and Tony Seba, building upon their decade of research through RethinkX. Author, James Arbib, will join select  workshops in the series to articulate the Stellar vision and set the course for the transformational work to follow.

​Core Objectives

• ​Systemic Literacy: Decipher the Stellar blueprints for a post-scarcity world and identify specific industry leverage points.

• ​Leadership Evolution: Shift leadership mindsets to stewardship models capable of long-term, regenerative thinking.

• ​Cross-Pollination: Leverage diverse cohorts (tech, finance, policy, and arts) to break silos and foster unexpected collaborations.

• ​Actionable Pathways: Translate abstract future-states into immediate strategic pivots for businesses and governments. Identify transition pathways to implement new models of energy production, transportation, and urban design.

​Who is This For?

This curated series is essential for business, government and civil society leaders spearheading the transition toward a life-centric economy and resilient society. Each cohort will be no more than 18 participants. Registration is through invitation or nomination only.

The experience is designed to help us all embrace the moment we are living in by both acknowledging how we got here and exploring the possibility space of where we can go. 

I: WORLD TODAY (Rethink)

• What underpins our current paradigm?

• As we Hospice Modernity (ref: Vanessa Andriade), what lessons are worth integrating? ​

II: POSSIBILITY SPACE (Aligning + Letting Go)

• ​​What does a post-scarcity future look and feel like?

• How can we expand into possibility and lean into complexity?

III: IMAGINAL CELLS (Transition Pathways)

• ​Identify industry-specific leverage points to implement new models of energy production, transportation, and urban design.

• How do we facilitate a just transition?​​

Build Sessions (throughout)

Daily time windows dedicated to *the build* for emergent ideas or action.

The Venue

Workshops  will be hosted at the TANA Mallorca BioHub as an innovation campus embodying the principles of this work. TANA is a multi-functional destination in the heart of Mallorca, building connections and incubating life serving innovations.
