Nature invites us to reflect and sharpen our craft in a unique way.

Our belief

While virtual learning provides flexibility and reach, it cannot replicate the deep relational value of in-person experiences. Sharing space with a select group of peers fosters trust, meaningful connections, and the nuanced human dynamics that make facilitation mastery truly come alive. This retreat combines the best of both worlds: the rigor of Voltage Control’s facilitation approach with the richness of place-based, relational learning.

Who should apply?

This journey is designed for leaders who are:

  • Experienced & New Facilitators – Elevate your skills, deepen presence, and create meaningful impact.

  • Chiefs of Staff & Corporate Leadership Teams – Align initiatives, strengthen collaboration, and foster cohesive culture.

  • Product & Project Managers – Guide stakeholders toward optimal outcomes while building trust.

  • Teachers & Trainers – Design engaging, memorable, and transformative learning experiences.

Suitable for individuals eager to connect and learn with other inspiring facilitators, as well as corporate teams seeking to nurture relationships, build trust, and reinforce team culture in an immersive, elegant setting.

Location

Discover Mallorca, the cultural and natural heart of the Balearic Islands in the western Mediterranean. Renowned for its dramatic Serra de Tramuntana mountains, crystalline coves, and timeless towns such as Deià, Valldemossa, and Sóller, the island blends deep-rooted tradition with refined Mediterranean living. Mallorca’s convivial food culture celebrates farm-to-table cuisine, indigenous grape varieties, and exceptional olive oils shaped by centuries-old terraces. Stone fincas, dry-stone walls, and historic estates are woven into a landscape of almond groves, citrus valleys, and ancient monasteries. With a long tradition of craftsmanship, understated luxury, and world-class hospitality, the island enjoys one of Europe’s most temperate climates—sunlit, balanced, and ideal for contemplative gatherings, creative work, and immersive regenerative retreats.

My expertise lies in understanding people's needs, framing problem spaces, generating ideas, prototyping and testing them. This is based on the firm belief that anything can and should be rapidly prototyped and tested before significant amounts of money and time are to be invested.
