Beyonders Coaching Circle
A practical and personal entry into coaching-based leadership
Join our 3-month journey to explore coaching through practice, reflection, and peer learning as your first step toward becoming a coach or to deepen your coaching expertise.

Leadership begins with listening.
Growth happens in relationship.
Our belief
Beyonders Coaching Circles is a guided, small-group virtual learning journey for early-stage managers, team leads, and professionals who want to develop strong coaching skills—or explore whether coaching is a path they want to deepen into.
Through real conversations, shared practice, and reflective inquiry, participants learn how to support others without fixing, ask better questions, and lead with presence, clarity, and trust.
This is not about becoming an expert.
It’s about becoming more human, more aware, and more effective in how you work with people.

For some, Coaching Circles are the foundation for better leadership.
For others, they are the first step toward becoming a coach.
Our Story
Why now?
As organizations become more complex and change accelerates, the way we lead others needs to evolve. Many managers and professionals are asked to support people, navigate uncertainty, and foster growth—often without having learned how to truly listen, ask meaningful questions, or hold space for others. Coaching Circles create a grounded, human learning environment where these skills can be practiced in real time. By working with real challenges alongside peers, participants develop the confidence to lead through presence rather than authority, build trust instead of dependency, and support others without needing to have all the answers. Coaching Circles offer a practical and relational foundation for leadership in today’s world—and for anyone curious about coaching as a deeper path of development.
