STELLAR TRANSITION INQUIRY
Series delivered by: the Beyonders Collective.
About the Program
The Stellar Transition Inquiry is a high-level workshop series delivered by the Beyonders Collective in partnership with Stellar World for global interdisciplinary leaders and ambassadors ready to navigate the bridge between the extraction-based economy of today and the regenerative civilization of tomorrow.
We are living through the end of a 12,000 year-old story, the extractive paradigm that has shaped how humanity produces, consumes, and organises itself. That story is breaking down. A new one is becoming possible. Stellar, the book by Jamie Arbib and Tony Seba, calls this new story a Stellar World: one built not on scarcity and extraction, but on abundance, regeneration, and radiance: the almost unimaginable surplus that becomes available once energy, and the systems built on it, stop being scarce. It is a vision of a world that gives rather than takes, from both people and planet.
This inquiry is an invitation to sit inside that vision, as participants shaping what comes next. Over three days at TANA, alongside Jamie Arbib himself, we will move together from understanding, to feeling, to acting, from where we are, to what matters, to what is ours to do.
Core Objectives
-
Systemic Literacy: Decipher the Stellar blueprints for a post-scarcity world and identify specific industry leverage points.
-
Leadership Evolution: Shift leadership mindsets to stewardship models capable of long-term, regenerative thinking.
-
Cross-Pollination: Leverage diverse cohorts (tech, finance, policy, and arts) to break silos and foster unexpected collaborations.
-
Actionable Pathways: Translate abstract future-states into immediate strategic pivots for businesses and governments. Identify transition pathways to implement new models of energy production, transportation, and urban design.
Who is This For?
This curated series is essential for business, government and civil society leaders spearheading the transition toward a life-centric economy and resilient society. Each cohort will be no more than 18 participants. Registration is through invitation or nomination only.
The Journey
Day One — Where We Are
We begin by locating ourselves: as a civilisation, and as individuals within it. How did we get here? What is the extractive paradigm, and how has it shaped not just our systems but our inner lives — our sense of scarcity, fear, and limitation? Jamie will introduce the Stellar vision in full, and we get curious together about what a world beyond limits could actually mean.
Day Two — Going Deeper
We move from the big picture into what is personal. What feels missing? What matters most to us, individually and collectively, in the world we actually want to build? This is a day of honest inquiry — surfacing the gaps, the longings, and the questions that don't yet have easy answers. The day closes with a Stellar Dinner, bringing together participants and invited guests.
Day Three — What Is Ours to Do
Vision becomes agency. We turn toward our own capacities, roles, and spheres of influence — where each of us can meaningfully contribute to a Stellar future. We surface new connections, collaborations, and pathways, and leave with something practical: a clearer sense of what is ours to build, and with whom.
The Venue
Workshops will be hosted at the TANA Mallorca BioHub as an innovation campus embodying the principles of this work. TANA is a multi-functional destination in the heart of Mallorca, building connections and incubating life.
