Strategically located between Palma and the Tramuntana, the 3-hectare site blends a Biochar Business, Innovation Lab, and Community Nursery.

Structured in localized farmer-owned MicroHubs enabled by a blockchain & AI governance tool. | An incubator for soil and water solutions in the Balearic bioregion through research and development, capacity building, and strategic advisory. | A hub for growing food, healing soil, and uniting community. This will be a place for education and convening that will feed the regeneration movement. |

Embracing Change Together
Just as imaginal cells inside a caterpillar carry the blueprint of the butterfly, BioHubs can act as imaginal cells for humanity’s transformation. Each hub is a seed of possibility, showing in practice how we might live, work, and thrive within planetary limits. Alone, a single BioHub is a spark; but as hundreds of BioHubs light up across continents—each regenerating its bioregion while exchanging knowledge and resources with others—they begin to weave a living network of renewal.
